Terms of service

These terms apply to the purchase of tickets to, and attendance at, events run by Hey Honey Social ("Hey Honey", "we", "us"). By buying a ticket or attending an event, you agree to these terms.

Tickets Each ticket admits one guest to the specific Hey Honey Social event it was bought for. Your ticket and confirmation are emailed to you after purchase, and you'll need to show that confirmation, along with valid photo ID, to enter.

Eligibility Our events are for guests aged 18 and over. Alcohol is served, so we may ask for photo ID on entry and can refuse entry or service to anyone who can't provide it. Places are limited and may be allocated to keep the room balanced.

Entry and conduct We want every guest to feel safe and comfortable. We may refuse entry to, or remove without refund, anyone who is intoxicated, behaves aggressively, harasses other guests, or acts in a way that puts others at risk. Treat the other guests, the venue, and our team with respect.

Refunds, transfers and changes Refunds and transfers are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. We may change the venue, date, or details of an event, and if we do, that policy sets out your options. Final details are emailed to you beforehand.

Photography We may take photos or video at events for promotion. If you'd prefer not to appear, tell our team on the night and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Your responsibility and our liability You attend at your own risk and are responsible for your own behaviour and belongings. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from attendance, except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Privacy We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

General We may update these terms from time to time, and the version in effect when you buy applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
